Primary developer responsible for the majority of the platform's applications including data infrastructure, visualization systems, and analytical tools. He also has really good hair.

Kelvin extensively contributed to the development of the Mosquito Monitoring and Mosquito Surveillance Map applications. They also assisted with hardcoding species names and implementing color schemes.
